General terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Hendiya International, whose registered office is located at Rue Taroudante, 90000, Tangier, Morocco, with tax ID number 39417843 and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.hendiya.com, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these terms and conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between Hendiya International and the Buyer and the terms and conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.hendiya.com. The purchase of a product through this website implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Prior to any transaction, the Buyer declares that the purchase of products on the www.hendiya.com website is not directly related to his/her professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and that he/she has the full legal capacity to commit to these terms and conditions of sale.

Hendiya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the www.hendiya.com website of Hendiya International, subject to availability. Hendiya International reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit the Seller. The sale of the products presented in the website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 3. Prices

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Hendiya reserves the right to change its prices at any time, although it is understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased. Depending on the total amount of the order, Hendiya International will pay some or all of the delivery costs.

Article 4. Ordering and payment methods

The Hendiya company offers the Buyer the option of ordering and paying for its products in several stages, with 2 payment options to choose from:

- Secure payment by credit card or on delivery: the Buyer selects the products he or she wishes to order in the "shopping cart", modifies them if necessary (quantities, references...), verifies the delivery address or fills in a new one. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice. The next step proposes to him to check all the information, to take knowledge and to accept the present general conditions of sale by notching the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button "Confirm my order". Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface in order to safely enter his personal credit card information. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer can demand the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be credited back or refunded. The responsibility of the bank card holder is not engaged if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, at a distance, without physical use of the card. To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must dispute the debit in writing with his or her bank within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract binding him or her to the bank so provides. The amounts debited will be reimbursed by the bank within a maximum of one month after receipt of the Cardholder's written objection. No costs for the return of the amounts may be charged to the holder.

.

For orders delivered internationally (Outside Morocco), the authorities in the country of delivery may claim additional costs (customs duties, local taxes...), this varies from country to country and from order to order, as a result, Hendiya International is in no way responsible for these costs upon receipt that are settled between the buyer and the customs authorities in his country, often through the intermediation of the transport company that makes the delivery. The buyer must be aware that by buying outside his country, he is making an import, so his local customs authorities may require him to pay import duties.

The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. If the Buyer has an e-mail address and has entered it on the order form, Hendiya International will send the Buyer an e-mail confirming that the order has been registered.

If the Buyer wishes to contact Hendiya International, he/she may do so by mail at the following address Rue Taroudante, Complexe Abraj Tanja, 90000 Tangier, Morocco; or by email at the following address: info@hendiya.com, or by phone at 06312525
